All course registrations and service payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, your payment is not lost—we will gladly transfer your registration to an upcoming class date that fits your schedule, or apply the full amount as a credit toward future services. To request a date transfer or hold your balance as course credit, please contact us prior to the start of your scheduled class so we can adjust our roster accordingly.
